I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and had new furniture and air conditioning, offering one of the most amazing views of downtown Sao Paolo. The service had its ups and downs, with some unpolite behavior regarding taxi fare but a convenient location for exploring the city. The central location was both a positive and negative aspect, being great for exploring but with a kind of dangerous feeling. The dining experience was delightful with delicious breakfast in a cute cafe space, and the facilities were top-notch.
